Usuwanie konta i danych

Masz kontrolę nad swoimi danymi. Ta strona wyjaśnia, jak usunąć konto HappyWed (happywed.pl) i wszystko, co się w nim znajduje, co zostaje usunięte oraz jak poprosić nas o pomoc, jeśli nie możesz zrobić tego samodzielnie.

1. Usuń konto w aplikacji

Najszybszy sposób — możesz zrobić to samodzielnie, bez żadnego wniosku:

• Zaloguj się na happywed.pl i otwórz Ustawienia → Profil.
• Przewiń do sekcji „Usuń konto”.
• Potwierdź swoim hasłem.

Usunięcie jest natychmiastowe i nieodwracalne.

2. Co zostaje usunięte

Usunięcie konta trwale kasuje Twoje dane osobowe i treści planowania, w tym:

• Twoje konto i profil (imię, e-mail).
• Szczegóły wesela, listę zadań, budżet i płatności.
• Listę gości i odpowiedzi RSVP, usługodawców oraz harmonogram.
• Twoją stronę ślubną i wszystkie linki udostępniania.

Niektóre dane mogą zostać krótko zachowane, jeśli wymaga tego prawo, a zagregowane statystyki, które Cię nie identyfikują, mogą zostać zachowane. Kopie zapasowe są rotowane w ograniczonym cyklu, a następnie nadpisywane.

3. Nie możesz się zalogować? Poproś nas o usunięcie danych

Jeśli usunąłeś aplikację lub nie masz dostępu do konta, napisz na kontakt@happywed.pl z adresu e-mail przypisanego do konta i poproś o jego usunięcie. Możemy poprosić o potwierdzenie tożsamości, a wniosek zrealizujemy w ciągu 30 dni.

Deleting your account and data

You're in control of your data. This page explains how to delete your HappyWed (happywed.pl) account and everything in it, what gets removed, and how to ask us if you can't do it yourself.

1. Delete your account in the app

The fastest way — you can do this yourself, no request needed:

• Sign in at happywed.pl and open Settings → Profile.
• Scroll to “Delete account”.
• Confirm with your password.

Deletion is immediate and permanent.

2. What gets deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes your personal data and planning content, including:

• Your account and profile (name, email).
• Your wedding details, checklist, budget, and payments.
• Your guest list and RSVPs, vendors, and schedule.
• Your wedding website and every share link.

Some data may be retained briefly where the law requires, and aggregated statistics that don't identify you may be kept. Backups are rotated on a limited schedule and then overwritten.

3. Can't sign in? Ask us to delete your data

If you've removed the app or can't access your account, email kontakt@happywed.pl from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. We may need to verify it's you, and we'll action the request within 30 days.
